Contact clients directly within 24 hours to agree on location and timing, then submit a brief after each completed session to receive payment. Operate as a 1099 independent contractor earning $35–$50 per hour, managing your own equipment and travel radius while STXZ handles client acquisition, payment processing, and administrative support. Requires consistent coaching experience, reliable transportation, and completion of a background check.
