Job Summary
Conduct private lacrosse lessons on your own schedule, accepting client offers and running sessions using your professional judgment for drills, pacing, and structure. Contact clients within 24 hours to agree on location and time, then submit a quick lesson briefing to receive payment of $35–$50 per session. Manage your own equipment, travel radius, and business expenses while STXZ handles client acquisition, payment processing, and billing. Maintain consistent coaching experience, reliable transportation, and strong communication with families and the platform team.
Required Qualifications
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Willingness to complete a background check before receiving full client details
- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
