Job Summary
Conduct private lacrosse coaching sessions for local clients, utilizing your own equipment and professional judgment for drills and lesson structure. Review client offers via the STXZ platform, contact families within 24 hours to agree on schedule and location, and submit a post-session briefing to receive payment. Operate as an independent 1099 contractor with full control over your schedule, territory, and teaching methods, earning $35–50 per hour. Complete a background check and provide reliable transportation to training locations. STXZ handles client acquisition, payment processing, and platform liability coverage for booked sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Willingness to complete a background check before receiving full client details
- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
