Job Summary
Conduct private lacrosse lessons on your own schedule by reviewing client offers, contacting families within 24 hours, and delivering sessions at locations of your choice. Submit a brief after each completed session to receive fast payouts of $35–$50 per hour. Manage your own equipment, travel radius, and coaching methods while STXZ handles client acquisition, payment processing, and administrative support. Complete a background check and provide proof of legal work authorization as a 1099 independent contractor.
Required Qualifications
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse
- Competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Willingness to complete a background check before receiving full client details
- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
