Job Summary
Conduct private lacrosse lessons on your own schedule, accepting client offers sent through the STXZ platform and running sessions using your professional judgment for drills and structure. Contact clients directly within 24 hours to agree on location and timing, then submit a quick lesson briefing to trigger fast payouts of $35–$50 per hour. Manage your independent business operations, including equipment, travel radius, and scheduling, while STXZ handles client acquisition, payment processing, and administrative support. Complete a background check and provide your own coaching gear to begin.
Required Qualifications
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse
- Competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Willingness to complete a background check before receiving full client details
- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
