You operate as an independent 1099 contractor managing your own equipment, travel radius, and business expenses while STXZ handles client acquisition, matching, and payment processing. Consistent coaching experience, reliable transportation, and willingness to complete a background check are required.

- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area

- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
