Conduct private lacrosse lessons on your own schedule, accepting client offers sent through the STXZ marketplace and running sessions using your professional judgment for drills and structure. Contact clients within 24 hours to agree on location and timing, then submit a brief after each completed session to receive payment via PayPal within 24–48 hours. You operate as an independent 1099 contractor managing your own equipment, travel radius, and business expenses while STXZ handles client acquisition, payment processing, and background checks. Consistent coaching experience and reliable transportation are required.

- Competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Willingness to complete a background check before receiving full client details
- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
