Job Summary
Conduct private lacrosse coaching sessions with families in your local area, utilizing your own equipment and professional judgment for drills and lesson structure. Review client offers submitted through the platform, contact clients within 24 hours to agree on schedule and location, and submit a post-session briefing to receive payment. Operate as an independent contractor managing your own schedule, client acceptance, and business expenses while STXZ handles client acquisition, payment processing, and administrative support. Requires consistent coaching experience, reliable transportation, and ability to work independently with youth athletes.
Required Qualifications
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Willingness to complete a background check before receiving full client details
- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
