Submit a quick lesson briefing after each completed session to trigger payment via PayPal within 24–48 hours. You operate as a 1099 independent contractor managing your own equipment, travel radius, and business expenses while STXZ handles client acquisition, payment processing, and billing. Consistent coaching experience, reliable transportation, and U.S. legal authorization to work as a contractor are required.
