You operate as an independent 1099 contractor, setting your own travel radius and equipment while STXZ handles client acquisition, payment processing, and billing. Consistent coaching experience and reliable transportation are required to begin receiving local offers immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse
- Competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Willingness to complete a background check before receiving full client details
- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
