Job Summary
Conduct private lacrosse lessons on your own schedule, accepting client offers and running sessions using your professional judgment on drills, pacing, and structure. Contact clients within 24 hours to agree on location and time, then submit a brief after each completed session to receive payment via PayPal within 24–48 hours. You operate as an independent 1099 contractor managing your own equipment, travel radius, and business expenses, while STXZ handles client acquisition, payment processing, and platform-level liability coverage. Consistent coaching experience, reliable transportation, and a willingness to complete a background check are required.
