Review client offers via the STXZ platform and accept or decline based on your schedule and availability, contacting clients directly within 24 hours to confirm logistics. Submit a brief post-session report to receive flat-rate payment of $35–$50 per hour, with payouts processed within 24–48 hours. You operate as an independent 1099 contractor managing your own business, travel radius, and insurance, while STXZ handles client acquisition, payment processing, and administrative support. Consistent coaching experience and reliable transportation are required, with background checks completed prior to receiving client details.
