Job Summary
Conduct private lacrosse lessons on your own schedule, accepting client offers and setting drills, pacing, and structure through your professional judgment. Contact clients within 24 hours to agree on location and time, then submit a post-session briefing to receive payment of $35–$50 per hour. You operate as an independent contractor managing your own equipment, travel radius, and business expenses while STXZ handles client acquisition, matching, and payment processing. Consistent coaching experience, reliable transportation, and a background check are required.
Required Qualifications
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Willingness to complete a background check before receiving full client details
- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
