Job Summary
Conduct private lacrosse lessons on your own schedule, accepting client offers and running sessions with your professional judgment on drills and structure. Contact clients within 24 hours to agree on location and timing, then submit a lesson briefing to receive payment via PayPal within 24–48 hours. Earn a flat rate of $35–$50 per hour while managing your own equipment, travel radius, and business expenses as an independent contractor. STXZ handles client acquisition, payment processing, and platform liability coverage, allowing you to focus entirely on coaching youth athletes across the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Willingness to complete a background check before receiving full client details
- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
