Job Summary
Conduct private lacrosse lessons on your own schedule, running drills and pacing sessions using your professional judgment. Review and accept client offers from STXZ, then contact families within 24 hours to agree on location and timing. Submit a quick lesson briefing after each session to trigger fast payouts of $35–$50 per hour. Manage your own equipment, travel radius, and business expenses as an independent 1099 contractor. Complete a background check and provide legal authorization to work in the U.S. to begin receiving local client offers immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Willingness to complete a background check before receiving full client details
- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
