You operate as an independent 1099 contractor managing your own equipment, travel radius, and business expenses while STXZ handles client acquisition, payment processing, and platform liability coverage. Consistent coaching experience and reliable transportation are required to begin receiving local offers immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Willingness to complete a background check before receiving full client details
- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
