Job Summary
Conduct private lacrosse lessons on your own schedule, accepting client offers sent through the STXZ marketplace. Contact clients within 24 hours to agree on time and location, then deliver sessions using your professional judgment for drills and structure. Submit a brief after each completed session to receive payment via PayPal within 24–48 hours. Manage your own equipment, travel radius, and business expenses as an independent 1099 contractor. Consistent coaching experience, reliable transportation, and a background check are required to begin receiving client offers immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse
- Competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Willingness to complete a background check before receiving full client details
- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
