Conduct private lacrosse lessons on your own schedule, accepting client offers and running sessions using your professional judgment on drills and structure. Contact clients within 24 hours to agree on location and timing, then submit a lesson briefing to receive fast payouts of $35–$50 per hour. Manage your own equipment and travel radius while STXZ handles client acquisition, payment processing, and administrative support. Complete a background check and maintain reliability for transportation to training locations in your area.
Required Qualifications
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse
- Competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Willingness to complete a background check before receiving full client details
- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
