Job Summary

Contact clients within 24 hours to agree on location and timing, then submit a brief after each completed session to receive flat-rate payment of $35–$50 per hour with fast payouts. You operate as an independent contractor managing your own equipment, travel radius, and business expenses while STXZ handles client acquisition, payment processing, and liability coverage for platform-booked sessions. Consistent coaching experience and reliable transportation are required to begin receiving local client offers immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Willingness to complete a background check before receiving full client details
- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
