Job Summary
Conduct private lacrosse lessons on your own schedule, accepting client offers sent through the STXZ marketplace and running sessions using your professional judgment on drills and structure. Contact clients within 24 hours to agree on location and time, then submit a post-session briefing to receive flat-rate payment of $35–$50 per hour. You operate as an independent 1099 contractor with full control over your methods, territory, and equipment, while STXZ handles client acquisition, payment processing, and billing. Consistent coaching experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are required.
Required Qualifications
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Willingness to complete a background check before receiving full client details
- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
