Job Summary
Monitor Toll Manufacturing processes from raw materials through production, packaging, and delivery to ensure seamless operations. Analyze Private Label & Unbranded activity performance, develop dashboards, and track KPIs like on-time delivery and customer complaints to drive concrete improvements. Optimize price calculations, verify cost structures, and support sourcing projects to ensure timely raw material availability for planned production runs. Guide new product introductions, modifications, and phase-outs in collaboration with Master Data, Operations, and Process Engineering while managing label changes and customer complaints. Visit production facilities regularly to observe processes firsthand and follow new production runs, identifying opportunities to work more efficiently and strategically.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of equal standing
- Experience within a production, supply chain, or operational environment
- Strong analytical insight
- Fluent working with Excel and ERP systems such as SAP
- Interest in production processes, packaging, or technical products
- Commercial mindset and eye for what customers value
- Drive to continuously improve processes
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English
- Energy from variety
- Ability to switch effortlessly between analyses, operational challenges, and meetings with colleagues
- Thinking in solutions, seeing connections quickly, and maintaining an overview without losing sight of details
- Curiosity and willingness to thoroughly learn about the production process, products, and packaging
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with lubricants (a plus but not required)
