Private Kindergarten Teacher

Lead Kindergarten Teacher at a private child care center: lead classroom planning and instruction, develop fun and interactive learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, manage classroom operations, implement curriculum aligned with the school readiness pathway, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. Build authentic relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success. Requires experience leading a classroom, a Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or child development, and Teacher Certification; ability to meet all state and center education requirements; able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children. Location: Woodbridge, VA. This is a full-time role with an emphasis on creating developmentally appropriate learning experiences and strong family communication.
