Job Summary
As a Private Jets Trainee Broker, join a sales team serving high-net-worth clients in private jet charter. You will be mentored during a 6-month onboarding period, learn to build a high-quality sales list, engage with HNWI clients, administer charter flights, and deliver service beyond expectation while working toward KPIs in a competitive environment. Responsibilities include building a client pipeline, maintaining relationships, achieving targets, and travelling frequently on short notice. Requirements include customer-facing experience, exceptional communication, fluency in English (another Asia Pacific language desirable), strong organizational skills, and the drive to learn the luxury aviation industry. Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fluency in English
- One other Asia Pacific Language desirable
- Ability to travel frequently & often at short notice

- Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets
- Ambitious, motivated and willing to learn new skills & industry
