Required Qualifications
- Fluent English (minimum C1 level) — excellent phone and written communication is essential
- Minimum 3-5 year of experience in sales, phone-based client management, or related roles
- Strong interpersonal skills — able to engage, listen, and guide clients confidently
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven; comfortable working with KPIs
- Familiarity with CRM systems and phone dialers is a plus (we will provide training)
- Ability to work U.S. business hours from a remote setup
- Team player with a high-performance, solution-driven attitude.

- Experience in private aviation, luxury services, financial services, insurance, or other high-ticket industries
- Experience with GoHighLevel CRM or similar tools
- Previous success in a commission-based or performance-driven sales environment
