Job Summary

Build and manage a high-net-worth client book as Flight Club Advisor in Dallas-area markets (Highland Park, Preston Hollow, Turtle Creek). Represent at private events and leverage existing networks to prospect ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, executives, and entrepreneurs. Convert inbound leads generated by the marketing team into enrolled Flight Club members; conduct consultative discovery to uncover travel patterns and aviation needs; guide prospects through the Flight Balance funding process with transparency; articulate the full value proposition (invitation-only access, tailored aircraft selections, Mechanical Recovery Guarantee, curated one-ways, and partner network) as the primary relationship owner. Own the member experience by introducing lifestyle partner networks, driving referral pipelines, and coordinating with marketing on campaigns and events. Manage the relationship using HubSpot CRM, ensure timely follow-ups, and contribute to rolling out curated member travel programs. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets and to cultivate relationships with affluent clients; strong communication and self-starting traits expected.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a high-performance sales role
