Job Summary
Private Investment Product Manager at Vanguard focused on private markets product positioning and client engagement. You will translate market insights and client feedback into impactful content, training, and product improvements, and represent Vanguard as a private markets product expert to prospects and clients. Responsibilities include leveraging client and sales feedback to assess product health, supporting dynamic content creation for positioning and responding to investor queries, developing internal training on launches and changes, contributing to business line research to improve client experience, and maintaining awareness of industry and competitive trends. You'll build key internal stakeholder relationships and stay aligned with Vanguard's hybrid, flexible work model.
Required Qualifications
- Five years related work experience, including three years experience in private investment product management
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Graduate degree preferred
- FINRA series 7 and 63 or the ability to acquire the licenses within first three months (Vanguard will provide resources)
