Job Summary
Private Investigator to join Delta Group in Cincinnati to conduct surveillance and factual data collection for Workers’ Compensation and Liability claims. Responsibilities include prolonged surveillance sessions (up to 12 hours/day), travel to various locations, reviewing and dissecting reports, writing detailed surveillance reports to company standards, reviewing video, covert documentation of subjects, and utilizing social media throughout the investigative process. Knowledge of pretexting is preferable. Requires ability to navigate diverse environments (urban, rural, indoor), strong judgment, and a willingness to obtain necessary licenses in the investigator’s home state. Competitive compensation ($20-$30/hour) with travel rates, lodging coverage, per diem, licensure reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits; flexible schedule and potential quarterly bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Associate degree or comparable field experience preferred
- Must pass background check
- Must pass a clean driving record
- Must be willing to obtain investigator licensing within your home state
