Job Summary
Oversee private events and rooms sales, drive group sales contracts, manage event operations, liaison with House Manager and Membership Manager, develop new business opportunities, coordinate with departments, handle proposals, contracts, and invoicing, maintain client relationships, and ensure maximum revenue from events at Soho House Mumbai. Responsibilities include identifying market needs across Catering, Social, Conference and Corporate spaces; organizing meetings with potential clients; creating promotional activity to drive sales; attending major Mumbai events; maintaining databases for promotions; and coordinating with F&B, Engineering, AV/IT, and external vendors to ensure events run smoothly.
Required Qualifications
- Proven operational F&B, sales and events experience
- Proficient in Tripleseat software
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and detail orientation
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
