Job Summary
Direct on-site liaison for the client throughout load-in, event operations, and load-out; oversee smooth and timely event execution while upholding venue policies; coordinate and oversee venue-managed vendors (security, parking, facilities); monitor event flow, guest experience, and site usage; provide day-of direction to the Private Events Support Assistant and ensure tasks are completed; collaborate with the PE Sales Manager to oversee concurrent events and maintain consistent coverage; maintain clear client and vendor communication; lead and delegate to the support staff while maintaining venue standards; requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a live-event environment; Legends Global emphasizes service orientation, detail, and proactive problem-solving to deliver high-quality events.
Required Qualifications
