Job Summary
Private Events Manager responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of private and public events across a hospitality campus, managing end-to-end event lifecycle from inquiry through on-site execution, utilizing Tripleseat, developing BEOs, coordinating with Food Hall, Kitchen, and campus teams, supervising the Events Coordinator, handling contracts and deposits, and ensuring guest experience and operational excellence across high-volume events.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of event management, hospitality, catering, or venue operations experience
- Experience managing private events, corporate functions, weddings, and large-scale public events preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Tripleseat or similar event management software
- Proven ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
- Experience collaborating with culinary, beverage, and operations teams preferred
