Job Summary
Lead the Investor Product Strategy function for Blackstone's Private Equity funds, responsible for preparing investor-facing materials and fundraising content, performing financial analysis, coordinating cross-functional teams, drafting presentations and performance analyses, and mentoring Analysts/Associates. Collaborate with fundraising, deal, finance, legal, and compliance teams to support product development, client reporting, and investor inquiries, while owning key stakeholder relationships and end-to-end processes to deliver timely, data-driven insights and communications for current and prospective investors.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative discipline
- 8+ years of experience in a content creation related role in finance, investor reporting/relations, transaction services, investment operations, consulting, or other related experience
- Demonstrative experience in managing a team or multiple direct reports
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in reviewing drafts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative experience
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly motivated and results oriented
