Job Summary
Private Equity Fund Services Associate/AVP at JP Morgan in Dublin, Ireland. Responsible for end-to-end fund administration including client services, financial reporting, investor relations, and capital event servicing for private equity and debt funds; manage monthly/quarterly/annual accounting, audits, investor capital calls and distributions, and maintain strong client relationships. Must drive process improvements, enforce change control, and ensure quality in reporting and control frameworks; requires data literacy, experience with private markets fund structures, and familiarity with accounting platforms (FIS Investran or Arcesium) and GAAP/IFRS knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- A qualified/part-qualified accountant or with proven accounting experience with exposure to US/Lux/UK GAAP and IFRS
- Experience in Private Equity fund administration or alternatives funds preferred
- Data literate with understanding of the data chain in private markets structures; strong knowledge of accounting platforms (e.g., FIS Investran or Arcesium) is a distinct advantage
- Ability to multi-task, meet tight reporting deadlines, and own end-to-end servicing of a fund or client relationship
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to own the full end-to-end servicing of a fund or client relationship
- Experience with accounting and reporting for private equity funds
- Understanding of contractual and service delivery agreements
- Ability to implement and improve processes and reduce risk
