Private Equity Engagement Lead

Private Equity Engagement Lead responsible for conducting AI diligence, managing sponsor and client relationships, and translating AI capabilities into actionable investment recommendations. Key responsibilities include executing AI diligence on target companies, synthesizing findings into business insights, coordinating with engagement teams, and driving value-creation initiatives and end-to-end diligence delivery. The role requires strong AI/ML literacy, the ability to evaluate data pipelines and infrastructure, exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, executive-level communication, and a commercial ownership mindset to link AI opportunities to value creation. Ideal candidates have 2-3+ years of professional experience with background in top-tier consulting, private equity, or AI technology firms; startup or high-growth operating experience is preferred, and candidates should be comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and contributing to complex diligence and technical evaluation processes.
