Private Equity- Capital Activity analyst

Download notices for pending capital calls, distributions, and valuation statements, then track them to ensure complete, accurate, and timely processing. Enter this data into reporting systems with high accuracy and record capital activity consistently, while reconciling daily transaction activity to maintain data integrity. Collaborate with information management colleagues, client service managers, and technology teams to verify client data, streamline workflows through automation support, and investigate discrepancies to drive resolution. Respond to Portfolio Manager information requests promptly and identify process efficiencies to support the group's growth. This role requires one year of experience in alternatives, finance, information management, data analytics, or accounting, with advanced Excel proficiency and strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
