Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the prescriber's plan and nursing scope of practice, including monitoring progress, administering medications (including insulin and IV/fluids), wound care, and assisting with personal hygiene. Conduct patient assessments, document changes (vitals, labs, etc.), and collaborate with providers and care team to achieve optimal outcomes. 1:1 patient care in a private-duty home-health setting with flexible scheduling (FT/PT/PRN). Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold a current, unrestricted RN or LPN license, with CPR/BLS/First Aid certification and reliable transportation.,
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state associated with this position
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
