Private Duty RN / LPN

Private Duty Nurse/LPN in-home care role providing direct patient care per the provider’s plan of care, including medication administration, IV/fluids, wound care, monitoring and documentation, and collaboration with other health professionals. Flexible FT/PT/PRN schedule with 1:1 patient care, daily pay option, and emphasis on compassionate, patient-centered outcomes in Kentucky. Requires nursing licensure (RN or LPN) and CPR/BLS/First Aid certification; travel to care sites with reliable transportation; trach/vent experience preferred but not required.
