Private Duty RN

Provide in-home direct patient care as a Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) per the provider’s plan of care, including monitoring progress, administering medications and IV fluids, wound care, and coordinating with other care team members to ensure quality patient outcomes. Responsibilities include assessing and documenting patient conditions, reporting changes, managing medications (including insulin) and dressings, performing patient hygiene, and ensuring compliant nursing practice within the home setting. Role requires an active nursing license (RN or LPN) in the applicable state, CPR/BLS/First Aid certifications, reliable transportation to care sites, and ability to work in a flexible full-time/part-time/PRN schedule. Vision for patient-centric care and collaboration with providers and aides is essential.
