Private Duty RN for Assessments needed to travel to different locations in the PG County area for in-person assessments. Responsibilities include performing initial home care visits, initiating plans of care under Doctor’s orders, supervising care provided by LPNs and CNAs, updating clinical records, educating patients and families on diseases and treatment plans, coordinating patient services, and ensuring compliance with Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
