Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes, ensuring they can remain with their families instead of in a hospital. Maintain accurate, up-to-date charting and communicate respectfully with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Collaborate effectively on care plans while offering compassionate presence to support the whole household. Work flexible 8- to 12-hour shifts as a part-time or full-time RN or LPN licensed in Washington State with current CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington State
- Current CPR certification
