Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes, ensuring they can remain with their families. Maintain accurate charting and communicate respectfully with patients and family members while collaborating with healthcare providers. Offer compassionate presence to support the whole household, utilizing flexible 8- to 12-hour shifts for part-time or full-time roles. This position supports ventilator-dependent and other complex patients across Washington State, allowing staff to experience nursing in a home setting rather than a facility.
