Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes, ensuring they can live with their families instead of in a hospital. Maintain accurate, up-to-date charting and communicate respectfully with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Collaborate effectively on care plans while adhering to 1:1 care ratios. Shifts range from 8 to 12 hours, with flexible part-time or full-time scheduling available. This role supports ventilator-dependent and other medically fragile individuals, allowing them to remain in familiar surroundings.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington State
- Current CPR certification
