Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes, ensuring they can live with their families instead of in a hospital. Maintain accurate charting and communicate respectfully with patients and family members while collaborating with healthcare providers. Offer compassionate presence to patients and households across Washington State. Flexible scheduling includes 8- to 12-hour shifts for part-time or full-time roles. New graduates are welcome with a comprehensive orientation program.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington State
- Current CPR certification
