Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes, maintaining accurate charting and collaborating with families and healthcare providers. Deliver compassionate presence to support patients in living with their families while managing 1:1 care ratios. Work flexible 8- or 12-hour shifts as a part-time or full-time Private Duty RN or LPN licensed in Washington State. Receive paid patient-specific orientation and referral bonuses. Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington State
