Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes, maintaining accurate charting and collaborating respectfully with families and healthcare providers. Deliver compassionate presence to support patients in living with their families instead of in facilities, while managing 8- to 12-hour shifts in a flexible part-time or full-time schedule. Complete paid patient-specific orientation with an experienced nurse before independent work begins.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington State
- Current CPR certification
