Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes, ensuring they can remain with their families. Maintain accurate, up-to-date charting and communicate respectfully with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Collaborate effectively on care plans while adhering to 1:1 care ratios. Work flexible 8- to 12-hour shifts as a part-time or full-time Private Duty RN or LPN licensed in Washington State. Receive paid patient-specific orientation and access to comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington State
