Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes, ensuring they can live with their families instead of in a hospital. Maintain accurate, up-to-date charting and communicate respectfully with patients and family members while collaborating with other healthcare providers. Offer compassionate presence and positive attitude throughout the shift, adhering to 1:1 care ratios. Work flexible 8- or 12-hour shifts as a part-time or full-time Private Duty RN or LPN licensed in Washington State with current CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington State
- Current CPR certification
