Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes, ensuring they can live with their families. Maintain accurate charting and communicate respectfully with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Collaborate effectively on care plans while adhering to 1:1 care ratios. Work flexible 8- or 12-hour shifts as a part-time or full-time Private Duty RN or LPN licensed in Washington State. Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington State
