Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes, maintaining accurate charting and collaborating respectfully with families and healthcare providers. Deliver compassionate presence to support patients in living with their families rather than in facilities, while adhering to 1:1 care ratios. Work flexible 8- or 12-hour shifts as a part-time or full-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in Washington State. Complete paid patient-specific orientation with an experienced nurse before independent practice.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington State
- Current CPR certification
