Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)-Quincy

Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes, ensuring they can live with their families instead of in a hospital. Maintain accurate, up-to-date charting and communicate respectfully with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Collaborate effectively on care plans while adhering to 1:1 care ratios. Work flexible 8- to 12-hour shifts as a part-time or full-time RN or LPN licensed in Washington State. Receive paid patient-specific orientation and referral bonuses. Support ventilator-dependent and other complex patients in Yakima and across the state.
