Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes, ensuring they can remain with their families. Maintain accurate, up-to-date charting and communicate respectfully with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Collaborate effectively on care plans while offering compassionate presence to positively impact the household. Work flexible part-time or full-time shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours. This role supports Avail Home Health's mission of bringing ventilator-dependent and medically fragile patients home from hospital settings.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington State
- Current CPR certification
